Strategic plans and diversifying activities

Smaller industry companies, not-for-profits and member-based organisations are all engaged in critical work developing and launching new treatments or devices or supporting and advocating for their community or members to achieve better health outcomes. However, having the expertise and resources to develop strategic plans or engage with stakeholders to assess and initiate new activities is difficult.
